AlwaysGreet AI receptionist
When you cannot answer, we can. Read about our service here without animation, sound or microphone access.
What it does
An AI receptionist answers calls, captures enquiries and helps your customers when you cannot pick up. It can share the business hours, location, services and pricing information you provide. It can answer common questions and collect contact details and the reason for calling so you can follow up.
Pricing
First 30 days: no subscription fee, card required. Then $99/month automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. No setup fee. Call usage is prepaid at the displayed rate for your selected AI model plus $2/month per phone number, both from day one. No minutes are included.
Optional subscription savings: pay $282.15 every three months (5% off the subscription), or $1,069.20 yearly (10% off). Your selected subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Model-based call usage and the $2/month fee per phone number remain separate and are not discounted.
Illustration using the current GPT-5.2 rate of $0.3168/minute: a two-minute call uses about $0.63. One hundred two-minute calls use $63.36. Including the $99 subscription and one $2 phone number after the trial, that is $164.36/month, or about $1.64 per handled call. Other models have different displayed rates; review your selected rate before use. This is not a measured average or a guarantee of customer acquisition.

Using the demo
The orb website has keyboard-operable buttons to start and end the voice demo. Starting it requests microphone access and sends conversation audio to ElevenLabs. Use “Conversation text” to view available automatic transcripts. Those transcripts may contain errors; they have not yet been verified in a live accessibility test. You can pause or hide the animated effects using “Pause animation”.
Accessibility and assistance
We are improving keyboard access, contrast, motion controls and text alternatives using WCAG 2.2 AA as our technical target. This is ongoing work, not a certification of complete conformance. The voice demo and future third-party account/payment flows still require assistive-technology testing.
If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and your preferred way to receive the information. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.
